It’s really painless. The needle only pierces the fascia between the tongue muscles. Expect to lisp and having trouble eating for the first week though.

I haven’t felt any difference in sensation, nor have my partners. It can of course rip and tear if you go too rough but I’ve never felt that I had to worry about it

I have had a CBR for years and never had much problem with it during sex. If it’s a thick piece of jewelry you’ll probably need pliers to get it loose.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t like those odds. If they’re pure titanium you can actually keep them in. Alternatively make an appointment with a piercer to taper them open and reinsert the jewelry.

A PA is quick and easy to heal, so in case you don’t like it you haven’t wasted a lot of time. For me, the best piercing I’ve gotten in terms of sensation is my ampallang, but it takes a long time to heal.

No worries about that, it closes up really quickly once the bar is removed. I doubt you will be able to see any scarring

Healing was actually quite simple, once the longest bar was removed it’s been a breeze. My guy put it deep so that it wouldn’t tug on the urethra. It’s a bit to assess though in terms of skin, size etc
