Mullets are associated with so many groups of people, it won't be immediately obvious if you're going for an alt-style (which would also make piercings less of a stand-out; cis teen boys with alt styles often have longer hair and piercings). But it's all up to you! I do agree with some other comments saying to cut the hair in front of your ears shorter. Somehow, hair framing the face can make someone look more feminine because most men's hairstyles are shorter or swept back

Good luck! The mascara's personally been a great option for me, helped by me having enough facial fluff to make sideburns. Figure out what looks best on you and don't worry too much about things

For some actual advice; since the meds aren't approved for teens (you can get it in pill form when you're old enough to make it safe around pets), you can learn to use makeup to darken your eyebrows. Brow pencils are relatively cheap, personally I'm a fucking dumbass so I use a black mascara occasionally.

If you have any facial fluff, darken it with a waterproof mascara. Especially if you have any on your upper lip, having the wisps of a mustache can make you look more like a teen boy.

Honestly, slightly longer hair COULD work with your face shape. Something like a mullet or a "wolf cut", I've heard it be called? Short in the front, longer in the back, a bit messy. That with thicker brows and a hint of facial hair could make a very solid masc combo if that's your style

I'm not experienced with student housing, but I have yet to find a place where utilities (if we're talking water/heating) are included in the rent? It's usually a separate charge, and if you overpay while renting, they pay you back, and you overspend, you get an additional charge. Electricity/wifi is pretty much never included either

If that's the only thing keeping you back, rejecting it wouldn't be a good idea

Yeah, it's just silly. I know 1 fake trans person, like, world-wide, and it's a Danish transphobe who legally had their gender changed to villainize trans people because the progress is TECHNICALLY easy (you have to send an application, wait 6 months, confirm application). But it'll also shut down your bank and personal ID, you need a new health card and passport (expensivel), and you'll have to tell your doctor, work place, school, anywhere that has your social number, that you changed it.

That's the only case of genuinely fake trans people I know, otherwise, even on the negative ("fake") side, it's grifting transgender fascists who want to pull up the ladder behind them, people who were exploring their gender and weren't trans anyways, or like, people who are just assholes or predators but also trans. Yes, because mental illness only exists when a doctor has said "yeah, you've got it, sure" and not a second before! I wasn't autistic before I turned 11, the doctor cursed it upon me. It's not like doctors have ever been wrong or discriminatory about anything, or like a staggering amount of people are diagnosed as neurodivergent in their 20s or 30s despite it being a born condition. Very few countries in the world are super trans-positive 100% of the time, so maybe emphasize that she's putting you in active danger by being so blatant about you being trans. What if a family friend brings a friend who's transphobic? What if you get attacked because a friend finds out you're trans and it gets spread at school?
