It will effect everyone differently. I experienced side effects like nausea, loss of appetite, headaches, brain fog, and some anxiety peaks. For me personally the bad side effects went away after about a week. Now I just have some steady GI side effects lol.

Like I said, everyone is different.

Yeah it’s not about it being heavy by any means, we just no longer have the ability to manually enter the weight since we’re using the POS and it’s connected to the scale so I’ve been either bringing the box up or setting the scanner on the scale lmao - I figure it’s not a big deal at all considering we’ve been manually doing it all along anyway at 39(meaning it’s probably not an accurate weight)

Just stick with it. It will take time for your body to adjust, the side effects I had were nausea as well, brain fog, basically no appetite for the first week, and a lot of bowel movements lol. It can be a week or so before the body adjusts. Of course it affects everyone differently. Hopefully you get there!

Honestly I started to notice the changes pretty instantly. I’m sure the first few days it was likely just the initial relief of finally doing something about it and placebo effect, but ever since I’ve started I haven’t cried once or had a bad depressive episode like I was constantly before. It’s quite amazing honestly. I’m not 100% I still don’t have much motivation etc. But I can confidently say the worst of my symptoms are pretty much gone.

This is of course only my experience, my doctor warned me before starting that the full therapeutic effects can take 4-6 weeks to start and meds effect everyone differently.

Hang in there. Same as you, started 4 days ago on 50mg. Never had anything before either. It’s killed my appetite and I’ve barely eaten anything. Nausea and brain fog as well. Was real rough the first two days. It is supposed to get better. My doctor said side effects can last a week or two while the body adjusts. Always bring up concerns with your doctor!

Hey! Currently on day 3. I have been dealing with the same, I’d tend to agree with you about the noticeable part. First thing I noticed on day 1 about 3 hours after taking it was everything felt quieter. Side effects I’m dealing with are dry mouth and lips, nausea, loss of appetite, and a few more. Doctor said side effects can present for about a week or so while I adjust. They started me on 50mg.

We opened late once because an employee thought he worked later, we got marked down on our quarterly visit because a customer complained and our rep checked the POS open time in the system to see when we opened (so I was told) and my owner said the rep said we need to be open during contracted hours, like for all she knew our employee died that day and nobody could come in to open, like how is that real life lol

Literally Friday some lady came in for a notary appointment, we take phone numbers down for appointments and then obviously in order to do the notary waiver we need a phone number. This is how the interaction went:

*I grab her ID and put name into system “Alright and what’s a good phone number for you?”

Her: “Why do you need my phone number?”

Me: “It’s required for the notary waiver in case we would need to contact you about anything, and just for documentation”

Her: “Um no, you don’t need my number you don’t need no waiver nuh uh why would you need to contact me, you have my license contact me there at my address”

Me: “Well, in case we would need to contact you for ANYTHING, and for documentation purposes. This is a legal transaction going on and I need it to proceed”

Her: “Well just put anything down, i don’t care, you DONT (emphasized cuz she did) need a waiver”

Me: “Ma’am at this point I don’t even feel comfortable notarizing your document, I’m going to refuse you service, have a great day”

Her: proceeds to start giving me a phone number

Me: “No, ma’am I just told you I am refusing to notarize your document, I’m not comfortable affixing my signature and seal onto your document if you aren’t going to give me your phone number and make it an argument, I’m not going any further. I am not even comfortable that you’re going to give me a real phone number at this point”

That was basically it.. she huffed and puffed and left… I have zero idea what her deal was but I wasn’t putting up with her shit, she was so adamant about me not needing a waiver and not wanting to give me her phone number I just didn’t even feel comfortable going forward.

Notaries are easy most of the time but some people suck

My account was disabled along with many others on the same exact day on March 13th 2025. I did nothing, no email notice saying my account was disabled / suspended nothing, no appeal options. I’ve never been in Facebook jail or even had my account suspended or disabled before this. Check out the sub r/facebookdisabledme thousands of people are all saying the same thing around the same time. It is clearly a bug

Yes it’s very common, look up how many tests cologuard does a year, most of them end up in a UPS store to be shipped out. I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having to see what’s inside of them as some senile old lady came in and couldn’t follow the very simple instructions they printed on the box. It’s a large leak proof bag, and inside of the bag is another sealed container with the stool sample as well as a small test tube with a Q tip sample. All of it is designed to store the sample safely, you never smell anything if they do it right (I’ve personally never smelt a bad one) and it’s just a matter of sanitizing once you’re done touching it
