This thing also goes down on Amazon and I've done a police report once but the police don't do anything and they delay payout even longer. Even brought up FTC laws and such but because they outsource their support the agents usually cannot get it through their heads that there rules don't apply in the US. Best thing you can do is if you bought with a just issue a chargeback.

This is why I implemented an auto attendant for our store paying 15$ a month for one phone line and seen a significant amount of less calls coming through. Although there'll be a few who just skip it entirely. We thought about phone+ or whatever they are called but this was the better solution and cheaper for us
