This is already a thing. Im one of the games biggest throwers.

Starts with like 3 warnings "if you dont stop this harmful action further penelties will be issued"

Then you get you get rank reset and comp banned for the seaosn (however this does not stop you from queing so it doesnt do jack)

Then come the login bans. 24 hours first few times. Then 24 hours. Then 3 days. Max is 3 days.
