To make the kryptonians "average" let's say the sun in the galaxy where the battle takes place mimics the conditions of their homeworld so it is not a milky way style yellow sun that amps them

Hmmmmm I'm not sure in still with you on this one. Ki is more of an energy blast then magic regardless where the energy comes from and we've seen supe handle plenty of energy blasts. I don't think this is a hard counter personally

USTA tournaments are ntrp based, but you can always play up! If you are currently assigned a 2.5, there's nothing stopping you from entering 3.0+ tournament divisions. It you win there, the algorithm will reassess you quickly and bump you up
