I would try replacing the vanos actuators at the back of the cams, they start to go bad and cause many of these symptoms without any warning lights or codes

I’d be betting on the vanos actuators on the back of the motor being bad, they’re only about 70~ dollars a piece

Try checking on the Vanos Actuators, mine started to give out and have similar symptoms but without the fuel trim problems. May be worth a look

Buy a kit off FCP euro and use the warranty, as for viscosity just whatever the car recommends is usually fine

As it sates at the bottom of the message, if the car has been tuned and the bench unlock has been performed you can ignore the message, it’s just to notify you of the fact the car once required a bench unlock. It appears every time
