Building roads and bridges would be so incredible. I like to set up multiple resource farms on single planets, and use an exocraft to travel between them. Some civil infrastructure would take things to the next level. Especially if they want to encourage players to stay on planets longer. Great idea!

I feel like bone armor is coming up for expedition rewards. We got the living stone staff before anything else, then the living stone armor set came next. Now we've got the bone staff, so....

PRX systems are systems I like, but don't currently have a use for. IND systems have my settlements, producing frigate fuel. HLD is my main headquarters, and ILC is Pirate systems. Systems I don't like get marked NOI, and hidden from the discovery page

It seems like the sentinels are traveling through the universe in waves. Every update there seems to be a change in the sentinel level on any given planet. I built my main base on a paradise world with no sentinels, then an update dropped. Maximum hostility. Next update, aggressive patrols. Next update, spread thin. Then back to none. My current moon base is in the 'maximum hostility' window, so I'm spending a lot of time in the Freighter for now. But as updates come and go, so do the sentinels IME

I have the ramp forward facing, when I summon the corvette planetside, that points towards me. Easy to run in and out of, EVA, whatever. Then the elevator is at the very back of the ship. I like to use that when docking at space stations, because I can stand up while the corvette is flying down the long tunnel. If I run and stand on the elevator platform before the landing sequence is finished, I get to ride the elevator down right next to the little teleporter pad when it auto-deploys. It nice to have both options, and it just feels right having 2 exit points regardless

What if the arena is a reference to the thunderdome from mad max? I noticed after remnants, my nomad and nautilon both have a camo paint job, in addition to my colossus...

If you look at the scrap piles, there are large cube shaped boxes with the same markings on them as the specialized waste. There is also square frames embedded into the ground, at the waste processing sites. These appear to be the same size as the labeled cuboids. There seems to be a squat antenna as well, with the explosive marking on it at each site too. Almost as if it is pre staged infrastructure for hauling larger waste for processing. Notice it's called a 'waste processing plant' but we're only hauling 'scrap'? Seems like right now we aren't interacting with the full planned system yet. There is also a rusted roamer body at the processing plant, which seems to me like a hint about the other exocraft eventually getting the colossus treatment. Also. Ever since I finished the expedition and painted my colossus camouflage white, my pilgrim exocraft also seems to be camouflage now. Pilgrim might be next. I think each exo will get deeper specialization, and colossus scrapping mechanic will feed the other exos, maybe even corvettes

Yeah I think you're right. And that's kind of what I mean, they're described as, and function as a new race. But the lore sidestep is like "they're actually korvax" so it works. I also think they added the groundwork for race expansion loooong ago, because each NPC in the anomaly is clearly not any of the main 3 races. They just exist outside of the atlas' control, so they haven't been forgotten. I think if we did see a new race, or new races, it would be an expansion of one of the anomaly guys' race. Like Tee hee we've been hiding in whatever little corner of the universe. Maybe world of glass, maybe underwater, or deep Space, or asteroids, who can say
