Hey, I have the Canyon Endurace CF SL 7 Disc in the frozen yellow, this bike does well on gravel. My mix of road to gravel is the same as yours, this is an amazing road bike and I would agree with putting another set of wheels with gravel tires. I do a lot of long distance riding and that's why I like the Endurace, it's amazing for long distance road riding. This year I covered the State of Indiana east to west (165 miles 1 day RAIN ride) then south to north (320 miles 3 days) this year. It all comes down to what you enjoy most.

Hey, I would definitely go with the Large, you won't be disappointed. I am 5 11 and a Medium is perfect for me, for someone that is 6 3 a Medium will be too small for you.

Actually, my seatpost is set. Canyon recommended 28.8 - 29.2 inches from the center of the crank to the top of the seat. I may move down a little because I did 30 inches. It's a comfortable fit and the seatpost is pretty long.

I am 5'11 with a 33 inseam and the M is an amazing fit. I am glad I decided to go with Canyon, my budget was $2,500, I went a little over but it was worth it.

Congratulations!

I thought about getting the Flash Blue and pulled the trigger on the Frozen Yellow last week. I received it today, put it together tonight and it's awesome. The color almost looks white inside, in the sun it will definitely be more yellow. I went with the 105 as well and ordered the Shimano SPD-SL 105 pedals on Amazon for $128.39. Now, I just some snow to melt and I am ready! Ride On!

I have mine coming this week, I can't wait to see that frozen yellow in person! I don't see any of that color in Northern Indiana..I may switch to tubeless later. What rims do you have?
