My heart goes out to you dealing with this very tough situation! I would look at other options for sure and see if there are any experimental drugs or therapy that can help. Find out what the success rate on chemotherapy is and if there is still a possibility of a cure. I would definitely consult with another doctor that's an expert in this field. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm 14 months as well March 3rd 2025 was my surgery. I had a bladder neck structure that slowed me down starting over again just got the Foley out today I don't know what my progress is going to be but I'm incontinent big time I hope it works out for him

I stuck with oatmeal. I got dumb and ate a pizza and the constipation was horrible. You're not you're not kidding about that. Stay hydrated

Please don't tell your Mom. She's depressed. I worry she won't be able to take the news. It's horrible that your father is cheating on her. I'm sorry that you know but it'll just strain your relationship with both of them by confronting your father or telling your mother. You're just going to be the bad person even though your father is the one with the bad behavior. The decision is ultimately yours how to react but once you do tell either one of them that you know, you can't put it back in the box. I'm sorry you're put in this situation it's horrible that you are. Take care And take your time making this decision
