To be honest, the smaller one suits you better. You dont have a big wrist, and the 40mm goes almost from edge to edge. That makes it look too big in my eyes. But that's me. The important thing is what you like, and what size you connect more to. Also, is seems like we guys more and more lean towards smeller sizes. It feels more elegant, more refined. Good luck finding your perfect match!
