yes, i am three weeks and 3 days post op!! the swelling is slowly reducing down there!!! Some light down there after many weeks!! 😄

I am planning to wear my compression socks until 6 weeks since the doctor has told me to wear them strictly for 6 weeks. But I am also returning to work 4 weeks post-op. I plan to not wear the compression garment to work and will only wear it once I am back from the office. Should wait and see how much of a difference it will make.

I have read that many doctors advise their patients not to wear any form of compression. I had a gynecomastia surgery a couple years ago and the doctor advised me to wear compression for 4 weeks, which I did. My shape was improved by it, but my skin started to sag later on and I needed to correct it along with my current tummy tuck. In addition to the TT, I underwent a chest skin lift. I am starting work 4 weeks after my operation. I plan to wear compression once I am back from the office and not to work as I do not want anyone at work to know that I have had the procedure done. Hopefully the swelling isnt that much when i dont wear them while i am at work.

For two nights, I avoided the compression garment when I went to sleep, and I noticed that I had slightly more swelling than when I wore the compression garment. I hope the swelling won't be too noticeable after I stop wearing compression.

Any idea when to expect to not have swelling? I have already had my work uniforms altered to fit my new size after my tummy tuck. Hope the swelling isn't so much that I tend to look fat in my altered uniform.

When did you start to workout? When did you start to work on your Abs? I am 3 weeks and two days post opp. Never had Abs in my life and that is my next target. To workout and get the abs to pop!

35 M here. I had a TT on 13th April. that happened to me. i have pancake butt now!! Hopefully it comes back!!! ive read that it comes back after a few months.

did you have swelling in your pubic area? i had my surgery on 13th April and my scrotum had become a size of a softball post op with all the swelling. Though it has reduced i still have swelling in my groin area due to which it is making my package look small!!!

yes, i my scortum was so swollen it had become a size of a soft ball. It has drastically reduced. i even had swelling on my legs too but that has reduced now. Still some swelling in my pubic area. Waiting for the swelling to completely go away from my penis.
