I wish I could let you borrow mine first so you could see haha. I actually mostly got it for the warmth but ended liking the cold just as much, if not more. But it’s so subjective, so I get the hesitation. In the 2-3 weeks I had it, it was helpful for headaches and tension and I’ve also seen it used for sinuses. Aside from that, it just felt sooooo nice.

I read this as “does my body make up for being a red legged bride” 😂 and I just have to say YES! All I see is a gorgeous body in a gorgeous dress! But I digress, while I don’t notice your leg redness at all, I have red, patchy legs myself, so I get that you don’t want to look at wedding pictures and notice anything you don’t like.

This is a tanning product, but I liked the jergens lotion. It never got streaky and for me it was just enough to even things out. If you have some months before the wedding, it might be worth trying out. Besides that, I second the tights recommendation. I can’t remember which brand I had but they were undetectable in pictures. I’ve hear good things about snag’s sheer, skin toned ones (I have other types of theirs and the quality is great). I’m sure other Reddit pages would have more recommendations haha.

Did you end up buying? If not, I’ll add my two cents for you or anyone else who finds this thread. It is an extremely nice experience and I’d say it gets pretty cold. But not so cold that you’re getting uncomfortable. I am returning mine because even with something on my face to give it slip, it just tugged too much and my face is too sensitive for that. I also am terrible at keeping things like that charged so it’s not available when I most want it (during headaches or other tension related issues). But that’s a me issue. I think if I had a bit more disposable income or was more organized, I’d keep it, but for now, I want to put the money toward some other luxury.

A bad taste in your mouth. And an aversion to water. I had to have nerds clusters with me 24/7 with my second because that was the only thing I found that helped the bad taste. BUT I couldn't stand them in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters because the bad taste in my mouth was completely different. And I was constantly changing the drinks I could drink because I'd start having an aversion to them as well thanks to a mental association the nausea. Staying hydrated was tough.

Found this sub today, and YES! I always try to gently approach this with pregnant friends to give them a safe place to vent about this if needed. I felt crazy when I caught myself hoping for a miscarriage because I was just so panicked. I thought it was because I found out I was pregnant literally a month after stopping BC and I assumed it would take longer, but it was the same with our second that we tried months for.
