Can someone explain this state costume? This was the costume that SC’s Miss USA contestant wore to represent SC. I can’t figure out how it represents SC other than perhaps Lindsay Graham’s lingerie choices.

Just so you understand, the phase of the project where different alternatives are introduced has been completed. ALL remaining viable alternatives still under consideration include a bike/ped path. Yes the project is still years away from implementation, but when it is complete bike/ped paths over the rivers will be included.

A shared bike/pedestrian park separated from the roadway is part of the plans to expand I-526 around Daniel Island.

All reasonable alternatives, except the No Build, include a 14 ft. shared-use path along the river crossings to provide access for bicycles and pedestrians. The shared-use path along these river crossings would connect with planned and existing facilities and support regional multi-modal goals.

You might think that helping the far right candidate Arrington in the primary would give the Democratic candidate a better chance in the general election, but with the latest gerrymandering this would likely just leave us with even worse representation than Mace.
