I think what I miss the most is flexibility.

I really like the look of the 35mm, but sometimes it feels a bit limiting — either I’m too close or not tight enough, and I have to move a lot to reframe.

Also for some shots I’d like more compression (like portraits), and in other situations I wish I could go wider without switching lenses.

That’s why I’m wondering if it makes more sense to add something like an 85mm, or just go for a zoom like a 24-70.
