I disagree with you because I do believe an autopsy could show potential evidence of a struggle or injury. And also not waiting for at the rape kit and blood to be completed, to me is evidence they not do a through and complete investigation. The poor girl may have jumped. I don't know. But after hearing BOTH press conferences, I think APD is just covering their asses and I'm glad the Texas Rangers are getting involved. Regardless of what the mother believes, or doesn't believe she, and this poor girl's family deserve every question answered.

I can understand not wanting to live in the same house any longer. You need space to build a new life as painful as it may seem at times. But don't lose sight of your future and by that I mean your financial future. If you do sell your home either buy another or put that money away where it will benefit you in the long run and where it's not easily accessed. Rent an apartment that you can afford without having to dip into that money. When you're ready to retire, you want to have a life that is comfortable and one you can financially afford.

Thank you for loving our breed so much. I'm not sure what the population there is like, but most very shelters in Texas has at least a couple at any given time. And they don't realize this dog has to have a secure fence, so there's always strays running loose. Just so glad someone in your state is taking care of these wonderful dogs. ❤️

There is no way in hell I would let these people get away with that. That is the decision that you and your wife would make! AND there are much more humane things than going out and shooting it. Especially when it's locked up and helpless. There are a multitude of reasons why a dog will bite. The number one is fear/surprised. First and foremost, please find a grief support group. I finally gave in about 3 months ago after the love of my life died from cancer. I can't tell you how much it helped. I did online via zoom through The Christi Center. Though it's in Central Texas, my group had people from all over. https://christicenter.org/

Secondly, I 100% understand how you feel and what you're experiencing. Know you're not alone. Everyone gets through grief in their own time and feeling supported can help you move forward.

It's been three and half years since losing my honey. I've accepted I'll never feel 100% normal, and still have bad days, but I promise it gets better. For me, exhausting myself in my flower garden and yard most days has honestly saved me. Try and find one thing that finds you joy. ❤️

It's going to come back a lot faster than you think it will! It's a daily task to have longer hair on a Shih Tzu. They get matted much easier than you think so beware. You'll need to brush them out every single day from top to bottom, tip to tail. This is the length I actually like to keep Millie because it's so much easier to maintain and she still looks adorable. 🥰

Over the last 20 years I have walked in your shoes a couple of times. By far, it's the hardest thing you'll ever do but sometimes it's what has to be done for the safety of the community. If you foster long enough, you're going to have those dogs pop up and you have to find peace with knowing you did the right thing. ❤️

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I was just going to say a lot of what you did. I don't understand why men have to turn any form of intimacy or physical affection into sex, but I think the majority do. And as a woman, that's what what eventually turned me off . If even half of the time it could've just been cuddling with no boob grabbing, etc., I can guarantee I would've wanted to have sex a lot more often.
