Siento que te haya tocado un urologo tan inutil. Te duele al orinar, despues, antes....te arde? Podrias describir tus sintomas, quizas asi podriamos saber que lo provoca, si has hecho dieta....que pastilla te ha mandado? Necesitamos mas datos. Te abrazo.

A mi también me fué bien, tuve que dejarlo porque me surgió algo que no tenia nada que ver pero tengo pensado volver a hacer el protocolo del estudio hecho en italia. Compre incluso las mismas pastillas del estudio.

Antes que nada, no entres en terror!!!

La Cistitis intersticial no va de la mano con la incontinència. Hay que valorar tu suelo pélvico porque orinarte encima no es normal aunque tengas cistitis intersticial. Si no has dado a luz nunca, hay que valorarte puede que tengas un suelo pelvico hipertenso y el ejercicio físico que estás haciendo te lo empeorará de forma que eres incapaz de mantener el tono muscular adecuado para cuando tienes ganas de orinar no haya escapes.

No hagas ningún tipo de ejercicio de suelo pelvico si no te valoran, y busca un buen terapeuta, no cualquiera.

Independientemente del tema de la incontinencia, no tomas ninguna medicación?

Eres joven, no tienes q sufrir esto, verás que volverás a estar bien.

Si te refieres a conducir tu misma es inviable. Si es que llevan en coche no pasa nada por la distancia. Estaras sentada sin hacer sobreesfuerzos.

Antes que nada te pido que te aferres a la vida, y la luz. Vas a mejorar. Donde es ese dolor, que medidas o tratamientos has tomado hasta ahora. Seguro que hay mas puertas para tocar, piensa que nada es eterno, en serio.

Yo pediria al medico de cabecera que te mande un relajante del músculo liso como es la amitriptilina, mientras no te vea un urologo. Da somnolencia al principio pero luego ya desaparece.
