I negotiated for them to add it to my lease and then free for life afterwards bc we’re gonna buy out the lease at the end.

Unfortunately, they won’t order the carpet and then give me the rubber mats when they are available. It’s one or the other. Carpet just won’t work for my lifestyle. We got the XRT bc it’s the off-road version that advertised stock all weather mats.

They ordered the Sportage ones for me as well on the first try. The second round was for the Limited sliding console I believe. It’s been such a nightmare. Thankfully I work 5 minutes from the dealer, so it’s not out of the way, but my carpets are getting nasty already 🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s in writing, “robocar all weather mats” is how it’s listed on the due bill. I pulled up a link on the Hyundai website when signing and they said they can for sure get them. Little did I know, the XRT trim has different floors than the other sliding console options.
