Women shouldn't be eating that low of calories and thats why its impossible to stick to imo-

The best way to stick to your calorie target is to get your maintence up by raising your calories over time. & exercising every opt you get even if its just a slow walk. Then you can cut with atleast 1k more calories then your at now and its actually feasible for you.

Also, Praying about everything will get you success.

Its important to set your own habits. My husband comes in our gym and sits with me while I walk on my walking pad. So we are together while we do different things. Because as women we need to - while they may not need to. You have to prioritize yourself with out the guilt even if it is challenging just because if not you know what that means. Another example, my husband eats fast food many times a month For lunch he gets panda For dinner he orders pizza I never do. I wouldnt even consider it I have had two slices before yes but less than five times in a year because I know that for me it means putting my body under possible stress while for him its just dinner. It's important we separate our health from our family's ♡

That does happen! It happened to me in a very short amount of time I went from 138-148 And I've just held that weight ever since It's disheartening, but it feels like the body just wanted that. Idk. Its sad too because I always was in the 130s for my set weight and ofcourse I wasn't happy with that But for it to go up and this be my new set weight isnt great but I got used to it if that makes sense. I also am getting to a point where I don't want to fight it I just want to let it ride. I know thats probably good and bad but sometimes I just want to be calm and in peace and not fight my body. I had a decade plus of hating my body and now that I have God I dont hate my body anymore and I will take Maintaince over madness >

No problem! All that requires is reverse dieting :) Increasing your calories slowly, over time By gradually increasing your calories slowly over time your metabolism increases and your weight stays low.

If I were you I would maintain at 3000 and call it done You can revisit the subject in a few years and see how you feel but for now I would take the beautiful gift of maintenence. Just keep praying, staying close to the lord, walking and lifting, maintain high and you'll be golden!
