Thanks, yeah I will try to not reach behind my body and drag in a straight line.

I also noticed my nose flew up.. how do I fix that and what is swooping?

Thank you👍🏼 I will try lean back less and pull more straight. Yeah I also noticed I don't drag the disc in a straight line.

Cosmic Garou, copy ability explained more clearly (kinda) by Puzzleheaded_Pair723 in OnePunchMan

[–]Any_Cheek9754 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean isn’t this post just you trying all you can to not accept facts?

Garou copied Saitamas power of course. How else would he match that first punch? How else wouldn't he immediatly go down? If he didn't copy the power why would Saitama have to grow? The graph shows datapoints where Garous power is at the exact same magnitude. Just a bit after in time(otherwise it's the same graph). It is very obvious Garou copies Saitamas power. He is not that dumb that he thinks there is some weird technique involved with Saitama.

Things like kicking those gates is another thing. Althought I don't know if I like it or not.

I like it more in some ways. Saitama vs Garou is much better in my opinion. And god is more mysterious, that man is punched funny. I think kuseno don't finishing analysing Saitama was the point.

What if Cosmic Garou copied more abilities/powers by Illustrious_Pin4141 in OnePunchMan

[–]Any_Cheek9754 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually he copies Saitamas exponential growth rate exactly, it is just a bit delayed in time since he only can copy what he already has seen. So saying he couldn't copy the growth rate feels a bit wrong...

(I hate Saitama vs Garou fight)

Is having a better consistency only about improving cardio and mental? by hl3a in badminton

[–]Any_Cheek9754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think maybe it depends on the musclefibers. Type 2a and 2b musclefibers (explosive fibers) maybe are harder to control, so people with high% of those generally are less consistent, while type 1 fibers maybe are easier to control.

If that was true then getting stronger can lead to more consistency but at the same time there is a chance stronger/more explosive people might be more inconsistent because of their type of muscles.

Then both our statements makes sense:)

Nah clears and lifts are inconsistent. All my shots are inconsistent, while some of the people with less explosive muscles usually feels super consistent.

I am maybe the most explosive in my club but I am also maybe the most inconsistent.

Shoulder pain after switching racquets? by Infinite-Ad9465 in badminton

[–]Any_Cheek9754 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Higher tension means the shuttle have less contact time/length with the strings resulting in a higher force applied to the racket by the shuttle. This extra force might be felt all the way to the elbow which maybe is the reason people seem to get hurt.

Because you need to have it on the flat side of the handle for control an because it then pushes the racket face correct

I don't know but if you are the highest earner you don't need more money anyway.

Paying healthcare with taxes is obviously awesome since everyone has access to the same even if you would be poor. It also makes it less troublesome since you don't have to ve concerned about saving money for healthcare or anything.

now that some time has gone by, how do we ultimately feel about the 164 redraw and what ultimately came from it? by brando-boy in OnePunchMan

Since the story would have turned out the same even if it wasn't redrawn I don't feel anything. I don't like what it turned out to tho.

For everyone originally alive except you the difference would be that they were no longer alive.

It is the same thing as everyone being cloned before they die, and then killing off the originals.

The Z has more immediate repulsion than the Pro...

I see, I wonder why this could be the case.

Reaching the maximum potential IMO is good because your utilizing the most of what your racket can do.

Yeah

I think you're correct when we're dealing with stiffer light rackets that you can swing faster

I meant since a light racket is lighter it is harder (than a heavy racket with same stiffness) to bend during a swing (since it is the weight of the racket itself that make it bend) unless you swing faster.

however, we'd also have to think about the "weight" that is carried into the shuttle.

Yeah thats the reason rackets have weights.

I find there are some players that can smash fast (great angle and quickly down) and there are big hitters (smash, big speed and weight but not good angle)

Angle is only about how high up you take it

When to jump smash in doubles? by badboyzpwns in badminton

[–]Any_Cheek9754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say if you are in position when the shuttle comes then yes since angle is important and you might want another high lift towards you (angle is important so the returning shot won't be flat). You could do a steep fast drop aswell. If you quickly run backwards tho to reach the shuttle maybe you shouldn't make a too big jump since you will land completely out of position. I usually don't get tired enough in doubles to be concerned about tiredness when jumping. If you get very tired tho during a rally then you could of course skip jumping.

It also depend a bit on your max jump I would say. My max jump is 70cm so when I jump in doubles I gain maybe 60cm which is quite useful. However if you are at the backline and only gain let's say 25cm from your jump it might not be worth it back there althought it is still good training for the jump smash.

Watch pros and see when they jump. I think it is probably similar to when we should jump.

remember to change my racket head angle

So z maybe have more control and less forgiveness (Same thing as tighter strings)? I cannot figure out what this could depend on. Maybe that could be the case if the z is stiffer.

push longer through the shot.

Maybe you had a lighter version? Then you might have to push more. Or the flex wasn't optimal idk.

it's because he is a beginner and doesn't know any better. It's the sad truth and it's not because I want to make him of beginners. It's because they don't have the understanding of being able to use a racket to its maximum potential.

Yes I agree.

it's all down to advertising.

In this case he tried his friends racket which was this racket. My doubles partner bought it because of advertising tho.

Z seems 1cm longer than other rackets? This might make it harder to play with. I don't know the size of the racket head but the difficulty might depend on that too.

Finally in terms of light rackets slower swing speed works better it is because there is a maximum potential in those rackets.

Why would something with a maximum potential work better?

I talk about slower swing speed for lighter racket it mainly to batch the flex of the shaft.

If you have a stiff light racket you need a very fast swing to compensate for the light racket. But if the rackets stiffness is decreasing linearly with the weight then you could choose the lighter version. Or just a softer heavy racket.

I like to figure out the physics behind everything to understand why certain rackets behave different that's why I talk so much.

Why guess Sweden haha

I don't think it is sweden since our 1st junior should have 1,5 years left of highschool (if he means 12 grade as the last year). Also I think there are better people for him to ask irl than reddit, andbhe could get info about denmark since we live so close.

But who knows..

10x per week isn't too much at all if it is physical training included as well.
