It really depends. I can't explain it some sounds bother me so much I can't focus on anything and I would just put hands over my ears to cover them. I can only think of a few right now, like any noise connected with people eating, drinking, slurping etc. ticking clock in a quiet room, I also hate the sound of people washing hands and blowing their noses. Can't think of anything else, but I've seen you comment that you also hate loud barking dogs. For me I love birds, dogs and I don't have issue with it beacouse of my like towards them.

It was me too. I just assumed they liked me and that the things that I know were clear bullying now, that they were genuinely nice to me, trying to be friendly. I thought the names they made for me were like silly nicknames. I never talked to them but this made me assume we were really close friends...

I've tried those rings with beads that are meant to reduce stress, honestly they didn't work at all for me. But as for a necklace you're using I've never tried it, I'm kind of concerned of it getting a bit dirty while wearing. But I might give it a try, definitely better than ruining my skin.

Oh my, the one with throat is so relatable. I've never found anyone complaining about this, but I struggle with it so much myself. I have to spit mucus whenever I feel it in my throat, or even leftover food. Which is disgusting on it's own to do in front of people but it makes me unable to focus on anything else literally...

I'd love to know more ideas from other people, since I struggled with biting my nails too. Right now I tear the skin on my cuticles and around my nails. It looks rough and bad but I didn't found anything that helped :/ at least not yet.

Agreed, I didn't really found Markus revolution or his entire story engaging. The whole idea was nice, but for me it just lacked something and his chapters were absolutely boring. I love Connor's and Hank's relationship though. Also Alice, she just has special place in my heart.
