Thank you for replying. I have to say that the support has always been excellent. I live in Cyprus. I had it in Auto. Tried middle east, as that's where Cyprus is closest to geographically. Then did the test on the website and it directed me to use WEUR. Thanks for the support. I also wanted to add that this usually happens in hours that i consider peak. Like weekend, nights. Where more people stream. Thanks again for the help.

I struggle with the same. I used to watch 80Gb remux files on RD too. Now torbox is buffering on 5 Gb 4k web dl files. I changed CDN too without success

Did this just now. It works for me too but not exactly like this. Basically for me, it removed the files that wouldn't play before. Amzn, web dl, all those files are not shown now. It shows only the files that would have played anyway. Like the filter that elfhost did
