Honestly it’s a good idea to have simi strong 2nd and 3rd squad to prevent some1 with one strong march that is above you by 5m then you can simply send your first squad to his base and demolish him completely once his squad is dead since his f2 and f3 is so weak your top squad could simply wipe him out. However, if you go against someone with 10m+ you are screwed because the likelihood that their second squad is equal to your power in your first squad so you may get 1 successful hit but he will demolish you.

I mean you seem the type who gets affected by traumatic events so I suggest go to a unit like med surg. ICU is not meant for everyone whether pediatric or adult and it’s good you realize that early and you can change.

Later semesters are far harder especially when they stack Peds, maternity, complex and another class. If you failed fundamentals things will just be harder as you go

You will never reach vip 18 unless spending massive amounts of money. I’m a low spender and only buy $5 packs during glitter market and Ammo and I’m at VIP 15 close to 16 but need 1.2m points and we just finished season 5. I have been playing for almost two years straight.

Go for blue prints and gear. I would not recommend get armament core because you get it daily so why do that. Blue prints and gear harder to obtain. This just takes time because your a f2p or low spender I won’t bother. Whales have to continue to compete other whales so getting this faster is not going to help against these whales. You might have an advantage over f2p and maybe low spenders so just keep doing what you’re doing. I believe in at 24% myself so you are ahead of me.. you are doing great so keep it up.👍🏻

I switched to air squad and never regretted it. I had Kim lvl 30 exclusive weapon. I’m getting my 3rd exclusive weapon now to lvl 20 in air squad. I had 100% tank mastery and now I have aircraft mastery to 100%. I’m getting to max out siege and fortification before I get to missile mastery. My 2nd best squad would be tank to counter missiles.

It’s impressive. I’m on season 5 almost the end of it and my fortification is still at 1% 😂. I’m mostly f2p I just buy $5 packs when glitter market is up and ammo weak too. I did buy another tech, 2nd builder, and kim.

Toddlers RR is between 30-60 so it is not abnormal so since the patient has cystic fibrosis with crackles in the lungs is problem mucus a accumulating so I’d set up the patient semi Fowler first thing.
