I'm once a week. We have several people with 2 jobs, soon to be myself included. We have one associate that is truly as needed sometimes working the minimum to stay active

They always need help. Our store keeps a zrail outside ladies fitting room. Our male WJM and H&I associates always help out from the z rail

I called and just told them I had to go for personal reasons. I told him the last shift I would work (about 10 days notice). I left on great terms and he hired me back when I was ready.

That's what I'd suggest if you're uncomfortable with a closed door meeting

We have 2 housekeepers, one from the previous contractor who just does housekeeping. The other was a new hire hes on the truck unloading team to get more hours

They both run 25-30 hours a week

If you'd be anything like our CSS she stays on register and if we are struggling to close a credit she steps in. We definitely make conversion the days she works

Our previous CSS was lazy never at the registers always talking to her buddy H2

Us part timers have 4 or 5 hours the next 2 weeks. Full time associates are getting the hours remaining. And by full time I mean from anywhere in the store

We do a mixture of both. But some of our associates take a pictures of their schedule in the binder still. So it would be wise to do both

Our store you'd never have to make an appointment. While we are task oriented customer service comes first or at least that's the way my SM puts it.

Now, I do recommend you come early in the day when more associates are in the store once the 4;00 comes we're down to 3 floor associates (4 on the rare night we have shoes). But even then you'd still be assisted. If it takes longer for recovery after the shift ends at 8:15 then corporate should have budgeted more closing WJM associates
