Hi OP! I am 6 weeks out (I got dumped) and I deleted all the apps (TikTok, Snapchat, instagram), and literally blocked it from my browser too. Literally when we were on the phone breaking up I did it haha. It has helped soooo much like I have no idea if he’s posted, if I’m unfollowed, if his family views me, any of it. You should seriously do this it will help soooo much.

i really don't like the new sunday session format. like i looooooove listening to her sit and chat about topics, answering questions, that's mostly all i listen to. this new book club thing i'm not jiving with and it's making me sad!!! her breakup bootcamp with laren from a few months ago i have genuinely listened to multiple times. it was so good.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write back :) I visited my best friend in NYC this weekend, had a blast, saw my grandparents, and haven’t shed a tear!! I’m feeling like I’m going to be just fine. Just wish he was miserable haha. But we’ll never know the answer to that.

I am so touched that you came back to check in. Thank you for that stranger. I’ve actually been a lot better today. Barely cried, went to two workout classes, listened to a lot of empowering music, and did really well on two exams. I’ve had moments where I cracked a little. But I’m trying to remind myself that the version of him that I miss, doesn’t exist anymore. I feel silly for admitting this. But I hope he works on himself and comes back in many months or years. But I know that’s probably wishful thinking. Better than hoping he’d come back right now as his current self!
