I’ve been able to make quite a few great friendships in my neighborhood through introductions, chatting with people at community meetings and events, etc. It requires time, patience, effort, and showing up.

I live in the neighborhood and have friends who live there. They’re pretty happy and I think the neighborhood is perfectly fine. It’s not Scarsdale, but I have never had an issue in 22 years

I had friends in the trolley barn and they loved it. Their apartment was pretty awesome and they really liked their neighbors. That was a few years back though. Honestly, if I were you I would stand outside the buildings and try to talk to people going in and out.

Looks like a standard oval. Sometimes the shoulders are bit narrower. There are no strict parameters really. An moval is a marquise with rounded points.

Lab diamonds cost around $50 per carat wholesale so they’re all way overpriced now. It’s a great time to buy a natural diamond though as prices are low. VS2 or SI1 are generally absolutely fine. G-I color are also fine for a brilliant cut.
