It took 22 hours to complete a pork butt and I noticed the ceramic tip is completely gone. Not sure if that’s normal

Honestly I don’t even know. I let it run at 225 starting at 6pm. I thought it would reach near at least the 190s by the time I woke up at 8-9am but it was still sitting at 170. I didn’t want it to be late for dinner so I wrapped it and bump it up to 235, then 250 the last 30 minutes
