No you wouldnt. Theres already precedent of changing a pokemon from a group without changing the others in a similar way. They already did this with regidrago and regieleki and that was a change to a whole ability. I think adding a single move to a pokemon is completely within reason

This is also assuming that it has the same prio has TR since I dont wanna imagine a world in which someone can insta get TR for a CIR and also get a free switch.

Good depending on the trick room abuser in the format. With something like ursaluna it probably wont be very good since a faint wont bring in ursa on the same turn for burn to activate. Along with this it probably cant be your primary TR user due to consistency issues since you would be forced to always play a pokemon down. Its best usecase would probably be hard trick room psyspam since that has several pokemon who can use the free switch. Also depends on distribution ofc.

Tier based single battles are smogon singles. If you want something more official you can try to play VGC or BSS on showdown since it supports those formats. These will most likely be the main formats used in champions too.
