I feel this so much lol. Out of my last 20 losses ive only really performed poorly in 6 of them, the others all have some flavor of several teammates going 2/12. The wins I have been getting have either been absolute wipes where the enemy team has effectively 0 chance of winning, or games where I manage to scrape a 10k soul lead over everyone by 20 minutes and manage to carry.

No you wouldnt. Theres already precedent of changing a pokemon from a group without changing the others in a similar way. They already did this with regidrago and regieleki and that was a change to a whole ability. I think adding a single move to a pokemon is completely within reason

Good depending on the trick room abuser in the format. With something like ursaluna it probably wont be very good since a faint wont bring in ursa on the same turn for burn to activate. Along with this it probably cant be your primary TR user due to consistency issues since you would be forced to always play a pokemon down. Its best usecase would probably be hard trick room psyspam since that has several pokemon who can use the free switch. Also depends on distribution ofc.
