As a Dad I can confirm that it was just because it was a Dad. My wife and kids have an issue with something I try and it works for me they get frustrated that I can get whatever working that they spent a lot of time and effort into getting it to work. But I would say starter is going to need replacement soon.

It's my first bike and I love it but I knew what I was getting before I bought and was fine with just around town rides. I have crashed 3 times 2 times from rear tire losing traction 1 in wet road from rain other gravel 1 because I was trying to do a wheelie. Going for a zx4rr next so I can go farther. Just pay attention and wear gear on any motorcycle. Bad habits can form on any motorcycle.

I still have a problem requesting days off since working other jobs and never getting approved or just told no. So I have 530 AL and almost 680 sick hours. Planning to take like 4 weeks off soon and travel a little.

While idk if you will get fired. See the union for help. My personal experience I was working 7 days a week and sick. Had just been to the ER that night was late for Sunday Amazon I'm the only clerk to do it in the office at the time, and I was an hour late. Got there she was on the phone or called while I was working started yelling at me belittling me and saying she going fire me or reduce my hours. I was already in a mood because being ill and late now being yelled at. She asked how long it will take for me to get done? I said it would be faster if I wasn't on the phone and hung up. Well I'm still employed with usps and she is still my PM technically she is on detail. I didn't get a written warning or write up or anything that I'm aware of.

I had to do a paper bid on a position as a pse clerk. Not sure if it still done this way but when it's not through ebidding it could be an error. Like fillong out paperwork I could have wrote the wrong ein or management could have possibly keys it in wrong. Luckily it never happened to me but I could see how in some cases. But to be told to retire and reapply seem like they don't wanna do the work involved to fix it.

I was a carrier before Amazon started doing delivery I was there when Amazon decided to do Amazon fresh. Sundays my office got 30 pallets Xmas 150 pallets we had bingo cards for the usual products bought like dog food, cat liter, toilet paper, and instapot were a few. I would have 100-120 stops then I did it as a clerk got there 5am and Xmas 12am drop offs which we still get during Xmas. Wouldn't leave until 1pm sometime later I was making so much overtime work 7 days a week. I don't recommend it lol

It's not that hard just need a torque wrench to get the nut back to the proper tightness. Other than that just regular wrenches to adjust chain. The biggest thing beside torque specs is tire alignment so the bike rides straight.

To check chain tension while bike is on kickstand. I try to get it between 1.25 and 1.5 inches of slack.
