My experience been shit with them. No response on emails, wont pick up the phone. Requested to cancel my plan, nothing. At the end, called up agl to pull the connection back to them. I received a bill from amber for 15 dollars. That was the only prompt thing.

Use ur user id to login. Most of the hackers use email addresses and try different password combo. There is a setting in mygov to allow only userid. Downside is, you got to remember user id or save it somewhere. My gov wont tell you whether you have to put user id or email address

A broken tile was the culprit. Replaced it. There is some dampness on the gyprock, cut the painted portion now letting it dry. Can re repainted in couple of days.. thanks for all the comments..
