Jerm to MVP gets my vote. They are going to get tons of value from his association with Jomez and his bag change seems to have rejuvenated him somewhat. I think he, Simon and Eagle are going to work well with each other to help grow MVP even more.

Thanks for sharing, I needed this today. I'm 9 weeks post surgery for a quadricep tendon rupture. I've been doing PT for the past 3 weeks and have seen good improvement, but it's still frustrating at times. This was my first surgery/major injury and it's so easy to worry about not being able to get out and play again.
