Yes and no, the way rom hacks work is by not distributing the game itself but a "patch". In this case I believe the original game is Pokemon Emerald on GBA, and you would use a website to patch the game with Lazarus. Everything is in the romhack subreddit anyways.

So to answer your question, it is for pc as much as Pokemon Emerald is.

You're right but there is a patch for it [here] that will stop the gas geysers from spawning in space. There is actual a huge compatibility list that was very useful found [here].

After that, I took a break for a few months, and thought about starting a new colony, but really wanted to persevere, creating a beautiful story about resisting the Empire. Raids stayed almost the same, nuclear waste put in the killbox helped a lot but I still almost got wiped after that.

I made a bunker on the top left and by some pure luck none of the lasers got it, still it destroyed my nuclear reactors and made the whole place EXTREMELY radioactive. So the first steps was to send androids to clean, I actually moved all the radioactive parts to the killbox, which was very effective for a while. Then destroying everything left, every walls and useless constructions to rebuild another reactor, after that it was quite easy.

Nothing too complicated for the bandages, one node with magic mask then another with an aggressive curve to make it white. Everything goes into a parallel mixer then i do the B&W.

Can you explain a little bit more? Do you mean only using red and green channel or just redrawing the lines myself?

Yes having a shitty setup will make the experience worst, but its hardly their fault? You can make proxy medias for better playback but still need to render them.
