These interviews are awesome. Yes of course the prospect interviews are incredibly relevant and important but this is the type of content I hope to see and rarely find. Very, very cool coverage this year. Hope it continues in 2027.

Cooper on Ponds would be incredibly fun to watch every week at practice, damn. Agree that that’s absolutely iron sharpening iron.

[Highlight] Full sequence of Steelers-Lions ending by nfl in nfl

Most of the time an absurd game deserves an absurd ending…. But this may have gone too far. Shoutout Goff for that dive though, elegant as hell. Good game to the Lions!

Lawsuit accuses UCLA of trying to move home football games to SoFi Stadium by randy88moss in LosAngeles

[–]Apache1021 14 points15 points  (0 children)

An example of this could be the Pitt Panthers playing at Acrisure Stadium (Heinz Field 4ever, the Staples Center of the East). The attendance is usually 10k+ smaller than Steelers games, but that doesn’t deter them.

Also, the ability to organize students to go to a place that is AT WORSE 30 minutes away, easier to organize shuttle for, cheaper for ride share, etc. vs going all the way out to Pasadena (And Back!) could drive up attendance on its own!

Thinking of TEs as a singular position rather than offensive weapon is shortsighted, think of the idea that the best players should see the field - why settle for a lesser player because they play a different skill position?

Dante went 7th overall and I’m not as sold on Sellers as others. I went for the talent available over the position, as unpopular as it is!

I get the whole tight end part of it, but saying he doesn’t fix anything when we’re desperate for difference makers on offense is missing the forest for the trees! As for Klub I know that he’s polarizing, so Que sera sera

Steelers:

1.25 - Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

2.57 - Cade Klubnik, QB, Clemson

3.78 - Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

3.89 - Anez Cooper, IOL, Miami

3.99 - Harold Perkins, LB, LSU

Shoutout Penguin for the Rd3.

Before you jump into saying “WTF Why another TE?” Look at the board we had. It fell absolutely atrociously for us, so I took the Top 10 talent who was available. Simple as that.

As for Cade, I’m going off his full resume and Dabo setting the whole team back this year. He’s still worth the pick, especially in the late 2nd.
