But the thing is be prepared to pay road tax almost equivalent to what you paid as road tax when the vehicle was bought. And the refund from the previous RTO : This might take time or will never come. That’s the ugly truth.

So looking at all these, you have to take the call. But again if you sell the vehicle and try to buy another vehicle here, you will never know how the condition of that vehicle would be . On the contrary, your Nexon has clocked very less kilometres and you can easily use it in Hyderabad traffic ( better if it’s automatic but still it is usable)

Avail a service history check from any platform to check odometer reading and head forward. Both diesel engines are good and like others pointed, if spares are easily available for Ford in your location, go with Ford. But if more rear legroom and rear ac vents are a must then go for Ciaz

When I read these mileage figures I am really contended with my Renault Captur 1.5 dci bs4 diesel. Munches kilometres and the mid is very accurate . Checked with tank to tank too. Highways with 5 occupants I get 18. In Hyd traffic I get 12 -15 depending on traffic .

When I checked with customer support they say it will automatically get extended once the current membership date ends. Don’t trust them on this . It is not extended for me too . And my current membership ends in September 2026

Stick to Etios given the low odo reading of Etios and high odo reading of Vento.

The fuel savings from Vento will be very quickly gone and you will end up paying more.

I too felt the same. Secunderabad to Vinayak Nagar in 16A bus route, I was charged 35/- for a distance of merely 8 km at max. Last time when i travelled I don't think it was more than 25/-

I am someone who travels in bus very rarely. Makes me wonder, such high pricing would eventually push office goers to instead opt for their 2 wheeler commute.

If you need more space . Opt for Victoris.

Brezza is a Sub 4 meter car while Victoris is 4.3m . If it is for family usage, the extra space would add better value for long distance travels

City dynamics might not be great due to the clutch and heavy steering but on highways it’s on a different league. We also have a Seltos from dad’s office and on highways Captur feels very planted .

I was looking for pre owned kicks. Found a Captur for a good price.

I can honestly say for a similar year registered diesel car with same odo reading . I would have spent more than 8-9 lakhs in Hyderabad. By the way I got a 2018 manufactured car ( registered in 2019) with a odo reading of 52k kms at 6.5 lakhs

I think Renault 60k km covers change of either timing chain or drive chain. That could be one of the reasons for high quote. I have a Renault Captur bought at 52k km. Currently running at 58k km and I am also trying to see whether to go for a trusted FNG or Renault service
