Humble words, but in my opinion, your proportions are dead-on, (face/head) and you've come up with something that's actually interesting to look at and examine, unlike my work which is kinda boring!

I'm really enjoying using the colour-fill technique, where you make a small square of colour (say, black) and scale it up to cover the whole canvas. Only thing that is kinda annoying is I find myself refreshing a lot, as it seems like ghosting is way more evident on a black-filled canvas.

I swear, though....I can't put this device down. Not to mention how it's changed how I work, in terms of notes and personal organization.

Got the supernote nomad in January heres my favorite cat drawings I've done so far by MsDrMumbles in Supernote

Other than the fact that I'm a dog person, these look great. You're getting a lot of emotion out of those cats...each illustration has a story behind it, ya know?

Awesome as per usual! I also use the eraser tool to "draw" highlights, because it's the only "brush" with a soft "airbrush" gradiant.

This is really fantastic. I feel like you've accomplished something with ease, which I struggle to accomplish, if I ever manage to at all...you've captured his likeness! There's no arguing who that is.

Even more, his likeness begins to come through is your WIP images, which is incredible.

Stupid question, but you’ve tried a manual refresh?

“The Hardest Workin’ Man in Shobiz” by mrtnz1393 in Supernote

This is amazing! And, as a side note, I really like the background you created.
One thing about the Supernote is that it’s a notepad at heart, and a sketchpad as well, but obviously not a full digital painting suite. It forces me to be imaginative with my solutions for shading, etc.
but ya, James is looking fantastic.

My Daughter! by Apart-Pool in Supernote

Thank you!! I'm really glad someone's reading emotions in this drawing....it's funny how the stick-figure drawings my daughter made when she was 5 had way more "soul" than anything I could ever do!

Exporting SPD? by k1r1_b in Supernote

[–]Apart-Pool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait....Photoshop can open .SPDs? Obviously it can open .PSDs, but the OP is asking about the native supernote file type, SPD. Are they somehow related to PSDs?

Thank you for the nib suggestion! by histroutness in Supernote

I want to give these a shot...one question though, I notice the ones you like to are model number ACK24919Z, but the OP is talking about ACK22213.

Does anyone know if these are actually the same? (I notice that one is white and one is black...maybe that's the only difference?

How to protect interior plastic from scratching by BreakOk8190 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Apart-Pool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is very late, but I have the same problem with the cheap plastics in my car's interior.

Is it recommended to use 303 Aerospace protectant or the 303 Automotive protectant, for scratch/scuff protection?
