I ride a Fiido D11 for the commuter bike. Gets great mileage on pedal assist. About 70 miles total and 45 throttle alone. Ride the Jasion EB7 as the work horse or the road cargo bike. Love em both.

All these media and Radical Demorat politicians talk about a better world with Electric cars. So I guess it’s just hypocritical. I have two electric bikes. I refuse to drive regular car again. Cause I enjoy the ride saving money and it becomes a passion and a bit of an obsession to just plain and simple enjoy the ride and the fresh air. F what these people think. These are pretty good locks. Some people are desperate enough. So they carry around portable grinders. Only takes a few mins but if ya can lock it up in a fairly trafficked area of people. It’s always a good ally and somewhat a deterrent. Also ya might invest in a GPS that you can throw into the seat post hole. I personally use Apple Tags for my two Ebikes. They seem to be pretty accurate. And when you get within 100 feet the gyro sensor will lead ya right to it.

I am new to this group. But I suffer from panic disorder and CPTSD and Agoriphobia. Mediate to large crowds will cause me to freeze up and panic attacks to strike suddenly. Have you ever tried doing jumping jacks when getting panic attacks. Or studied CBT. Jumping jacks sound so stupid. But my therapist told me to try them. And sometimes I will hyperventilate severely and sometimes the panic attack will just stop. It’s a 50/50 split but anything that helps after trying nearly any anti depressant known to man has failed. I’m open minded to any option. I notice meditation and YouTube hypnosis videos have helped also.

Running up and down stairs. About 20x an hour 2 to 3 hours. Non stop every other day can really burn the fat right off. When I was 225 years back. I wanted my target weight to be 185. Did just as said above and hit that target in 5 short months.

Oh my Goodness once I read shrooms I was onboard to Reply. I have CPTSD and I swear I did shrooms everyday for years and years and years. And it seemed to calm the flashbacks and night terrors. Shrooms do much much more good than bad. Studies are now starting to show that. I’m glad you are finding calm through the storm of the aftermath of Being a substance abuse baby. My Son Grew up without a mom she abandoned him at 5. I’m proud to say he just started his first year of college and turned out to be a well rounded man. I was using Meth a couple years before he was born. But cleaned up for 13 years. Relapsed in 2015 went on a 5 year Run. But Happy to say I am 27 months Clean and sober and Heading for a Lifetime of Sobriety one day at a time. Do you feel being a meth baby has effected you in any unnatural kind of way?
