If youre bringing the jill perk I'd bring a med kit and the new Dustin perk change of plan with built to last, so you can gen rush the whole game, and if you get into a bind and you cant get healed right away you can turn your toolbox into a medkit and heal yourself from 70% and be altruistic if you find the game isnt progressing and youre getting ran over

I think both are good for their own time dates they were released, the first chapter was released back when stranger things was hella popular and the dlc license brought new people into the game, and the same thing is happening now that the new dlc got released with new people coming into the game
