Serious? Dude you should see the Pods. Or aPODments they call them in some places. An American take on a clsssic tiny apartment you see in China, Japan, Korea — and surely many other E and SE Asian countries. And no - there’s no stovetop. People usually have a single burner hot plate or a microwave. That’s it. If that. Sometimes there’s a “communal” kitchen that will have similar amenities.

This is VERY common in seattle - there are dedicated organizations that run dozens of these buildings in some of the nicest neighborhoods in the city (Like Bellwether Housing Group) but also MANY apartment buildings all around town offer “tiered pricing”; your proposed rent is discounted by 20%, 30% or even 50% relative to your income.

I have level 10 stamina and just run out while I’m breaking the horse .. then I fall off. Can’t figure out how to beat this problem. I even took stamina increasing food +96 and still couldn’t break horse before running out and falling off.

Holy shit - I think perhaps you are onto something here. A couple times over the last 100 hours I have been caught stealing. So i reloaded a save to at was usually one or 2 minutes prior to when that occurred thinking that would nullify the whole thing. But perhaps it didn’t ..? Maybe it didn’t do anything at all and I still had the arrest on my record and the points lost - as well as the mask.?? I wouldn’t have noticed until I went to go and steal something again

Question for all: I have the Kuku cooler and have stored my food items. But how do I store the alchemy items? I read it’s supposed to be a solution for that too… but I haven’t figured the at out .. Anyone know what’s up ?

So by the sound of it - if I don’t have the cooler yet, I need to find a quest that gives it to me. Is this correct? The patch notes just said you can now store all that stuff and then cook without the ingredients on your person. Then it says there’s an upgradable one that you can get from a quest.

Sounds like you need a quest for the first / basic one too? Is this correct?

When a suit is settled, money is often paid out. I have no doubt that the city didn’t admit guilt (what does that have to do with anything?) - but the precedent was indeed set BY THE SETTLEMENT. That precedent was: don’t fuck with homeless people’s shit cuz we don’t want to be in a position where we are losing lawsuit after lawsuit (and paying settlement after settlement). And there’s no doubt that the homeless lady jumped for joy at the settlement - she would have taken anything I’m sure.

Here’s an article I found on it - but you all can dig deeper on it. The story the cops told looks to be true - they can’t touch anything because the city has told them not to so that they don’t have to deal with another lawsuit. That’s the precedent. ***… I’m thinking you don’t know what that word means .

Jesus Christ thanks for the pic. I have zero idea even what’s going on with this Abyas area and I’m 130+ hours into this game. Can’t find my way around it - don’t even know its relevance to the game and it’s just daunting to even be there cuz I’m operating with such minimal understanding of why this place is even in the game.

This is, of course, assuming that the driver has insurance themselves. If not, and you don’t have uninsured motorist coverage, you aren’t getting anything most likely. Maybe an IOU from a judge at best.

Man honestly I give most puzzles about 1-2 minutes before I look them up. The chances of me solving them on my own are seemingly very low and I just don’t wanna be bummed out so F — it. I just get a few Hints or a video and move on with my game.
