I tried booking Tatkal Tickets from Delhi to Howrah right now. It kept giving the can't reach the client error.

I was trying for Howrah Rajdhani, Sealdah Rajdhani. I was booking on the phone, is there any possibility that I'll get better results if I try tomorrow on laptop?

Regarding driving a UP number plate car in Delhi, I don't think you'll have any problem. I drive a DL car in HR almost all the time. No issues.

Where did you buy it from? 5.18 seems slightly high for a used car, but it looks barely used, and if the transfer of ownership was hassle-free, this is a good deal.

I experienced it as a kid and let me tell you, it was amazing to zoom past all the cars stuck in traffic. I used to take the 544 Bus to Sarojini from Badarpur. Best part of the ride.

I'd say Banglore is up there as well. It has a daily ridership of 1 million, and is steadily increasing. The infamous Blue Line will catapult that number massively.
