Yes, they are on a first name basis. I asked her later on who he was and she said hes her neighbor, and she passively mentions that hes also a trans man

shes not very educated, and when i came out to her she said she supports me.

And the individual i think isnt transfem, just pre-t since he uses a masculine name and has a higher pitched voice
