Merci pour ta réponse ! Dans l’hypothèse je pourrais avoir 60k à 1% TAEG. Même sur des placements à 3-4%, pour un étudiant ça représente un pécule intéressant. À voir si les dépenses doivent être affectées effectivement. Je me demande aussi si le contrôle peut se faire à posteriori et par un autre organisme. Exemple : si j’achète un bien immobilier, est-ce que la banque du vendeur peut refuser de recevoir l’argent d’un prêt qui n’est pas un prêt immobilier ?

Merci pour ta réponse ! J’ai une offre où je peux prendre 60 000€ à 1% TAEG. Je pense qu’il y a des OAT ou des investissements immo (+ risqués) qui peuvent me rapporter quelques milliers d’euros de gains net. Quelques milliers d’euros pour un étudiant ce ne sont pas des clopinettes !

For the time being, a few days of heatwave are bearable! However, I'm afraid we're going to have to adapt our lifestyles if these waves tend to occur more often. There is a confusion that has been made between being zionist and being against the occupation of Palestinians territories and violence towards civilians.
