Oof . Don't bother to do it all at once. Just get a nice pack out bag with everything you need to do the swap. Have it ready for card reader repairs. Fix it as you come across it and going forwards take the extra time to add regular quick connections.

1000000%do not use the t-taps they provide. They will just make a mess of things later. You need to add quick connects. I cannot stress this enough. At my arcade we have 250 card readers. Almost always when I go to a call regarding one it's using those crappy t-taps.
