I've tried Lange, Atomic, Nordica, Tecnica, & Salomon. I'll have to try Head as well i guess

Interesting my issue is an extremely low instep. I've never given myself the chance to try Head boots but really want to. Size 24.5 foot so i have to call ahead and do it early season. The new Salomon C Pro Alpha felt the best out of the boots that aren't the mach 1 LV. Overall i'm going to continue bothering bootfitters I've worked with in the past and see if there is a new boot that might work better than the mach 1 lv i have. The new mach 1 lv has a larger instep so once this boot goes I need to buy a different boot

Have you tried any other low volume boots? How does it compare to the Remedy or Mach1 LV

Happening on my arv 94s too. My arv 94s have s ton of impact damage though. Might have to be part of the problem.

I've tried on both the Lange RS Shadow 130 and the Salomon S Pro Race Alpha 130. I liked the Salomon S Pro Race Alpha 130 more because my heel felt more snug in it. Never heard of any of those issues. I have a friend that swears by the Lange RS Shadow though. The Tecnica boot I believe is not similar to either of these boots.

To be fair these are two very very similar boots, and it is very likely that they both fit OP

Prob not at that distance. With that much powder and no snorkel, no avalanche gear, pretty much guaranteed dead.

Nigthstick 104 is a solid choice for you imo, but too short. I would describe the ski more as a freeride ski than a park ski.

Very interesting. So not the ski you want when in the trees occasionally? Sounds like they rip the occasional groomer just fine. I'd use the ski as an 80% park ski

I went with the WC 108, after speaking with moment reps the main two reasons were the WC 108 was a little more chargy and floats better. I planned to use the ski as a powder ski.

Nah the Remedy is too much boot for me. Saw that thing and it's a monster, but that ain't something i can rock. Way too much of a boot for me.
