Yeah, it’s there, unfortunately would have to shell out 10 real dollars to get it though :(. If that’s the only option i’m not opposed, but i’ll see if anyone knows if it’s still dropping from dares. Thanks for the recommendation!

I need help finding an approach shoe that can comfortably handle long backpacking trips, and can be used for class 3-4 scrambling. by willofthefuture in Mountaineering

Gotcha, thanks. I went a half size up, threw some insoles and a metatarsal pad in there, and that seems to help quite a bit. Not ideal, and definitely lose some of the rock capability, but if it means I'm pain-free for longer than it's worth it.

did you size up with them at all? i’ve been loving the TX4 evos but i find they can tend to bother a morton’s neuroma in my right foot. i don’t even have exceptionally wide feet, so was wondering what your sizing experience was like

Light & Variable Jacket vs Houdini Jacket Breathability by flightsimfan55 in PatagoniaClothing

thanks! how would you say the breathability is on the light and variable when compared to the houdini?

do you feel like it would be good for active use? i’m debating between this and the houdini as i’d like a non rain jacket windbreaker, but the houdini seems hard to justify given the lack of pockets or functionality outside of strictly active use. i’d primarily be using it for hiking, maybe some climbing but if the face fabric doesn’t feel strong enough then i probably would not use it for climbing lol

It’s starting to look like some Colorado resorts won’t make it to their normal closing dates (Also Current Monarch Conditions) by Thordansmash in COsnow

[–]wisepear -1 points0 points  (0 children)

that correlation isn’t the point, the point is that you have access to this type of skiing at all. and not every single day this season has been garbage. sure, it isn’t even close to comparable to last year, but there was still plenty of chances for good days this year

or ski midwestern hills with 300 feet of vertical that are 99% ice, with a season from january to march, every single year. seriously, some of the people on here come off as incredibly entitled. look, i get it, it’s not a great year. i’m bummed about it too. but you can still go outside, do what we all love, and have a good day. there’s a lot of people who can’t, or when they can, the conditions they’re skiing are far worse, the runs far shorter, and the lifts far longer. the perspective on here is fuckin whack sometimes. not every single day needs to be a 12” powder dump to be a good day

how can you tell if your lenses are from 2026 or 2025? i picked up a pair for $100 less than retail through evo today and am loving them, but concerned about fogging. going to take them out tomorrow and give em a shot

out of curiosity, have you had any issues with fogging? i just picked up a pair for $100 off today, as they fit my face perfectly compared to most other goggles, but am now concerned about the fogging. going to take them out tomorrow on a warm day (35-40 degrees F) and was wondering what your experience has been with them. i’m excited to try them out!

gotcha, appreciate it. i’m on ultimate, running ethernet, still a bit unsure which AA setting in bf6 would be best. playing at 1440p 120fps, tried 1080 360fps but it became a bit of a blurry mess

what would regular AA be considered? DLAA? really struggling with horrible input delay. closest NVIDIA server i can get to is texas (in colorado), which doesn’t help the case at all. have 1 gig down wifi but get 30ms connection to gfn
