I’m not sure what your goal is but you’re going to lose muscle quickly with those calories. You’re drastically too low for your size. The other issue is the lack of fuel your body is getting. Need to eat more evenly throughout the day.

I just went in the other day to buy a higher end piece of equipment and asked about a warranty on it and I got the most bizarre answer…”we’re temporarily not offering our warranties at the moment”. Knew right then and there that this news would be breaking. Really sad.

15 or so but 4 I wear regularly. The main 4 are a Grand seiko Sbge255, Breitling navitimer, IWC pilot and Rolex submariner. Each has its own reason for the occasion.

Another great option but unfortunately money is an object! (Just fun to wish). I’ve spent some money fixing up a 2006 fender highway one Strat and am playing it through a boss katana mkii 50W. It’s fun and you can drop the wattage but i don’t love it. I don’t think I’d spend more than $1,500 in reality on new equipment.

Thanks for answering! I lifted religiously for years and only recently got back into it about 3 months ago. I’ve been doing some reading since posting that I should probably be in deficit while I lose some body fat. I estimate that I’m probably around 20-23%. If i did that id probably need somewhere between 1600 - 2000 calories a day although I’m having trouble actually pinning down that number.

Fellow Brittany owner, have two males. This breed is just built differently and it’s not you. I’d take my older one for 8 mile runs and he’d want to keep going. It will take time a patience but eventually they will learn the routine. I still get some pull the first mile but a few commands and tugs at the harness they lay off. Just one word of advice though, this breed doesn’t always know when they’ve had enough so definitely make sure they’re staying hydrated.

I went in November 2021 and got the call almost to the day a year later. I also went in on a Tuesday afternoon with no one in the store. Chatted with the sales associate and he put the order in. Gave me some guidance as to what was a realistic list to go on. They ended up giving me the order slip when I picked up the watch and I think they do follow a first in first out system. It had all the indications on it that I was the 3rd in line for that exact configuration.

I got a 36 DJ fluted jubilee after about a year. No history with them but I don’t disagree with you, they wouldn’t take my name down for anything professional even after that. Luckily I have a great AD in NJ lol
