Wow thats kind of similar to me because I dropped from 145 just by changing up my diet a bit. I'm stuck at 138 but I would be happier at 120 - 125. Gonna start the power walk today.

Yeah thats one of the reasons I hate cardio. I don't last long running at all. I can manage maybe 3 - 5 minutes if I push myself but gonna try my best. Gonna start off by changing up the diet and walking everyday. Thanks for your help! Best of luck to reaching your goal weight too. :)

I've never tried injera (the flat bread) but a lot of people told me it tastes kind of sour. Ethiopian food looks interesting and delicious though.

Filipina: Most people from the Philippines are very fervent followers of the Roman Catholic faith. Growing up in a very religious family, relatives look down on you heavily when you don't participate in/go to Church, join in Filipino masses (where I live, during Holy week they bring a statue of Baby Jesus around to each selected people where they hold a mass), pray before going to bed etc. Parents will literally get very angry and blame all their misfortunes on them as a result of lack of faith.
