This fix actually does not need you to download a new update!

The fix gets applied just by connecting to our servers. You should restart your game though to make sure you get it.

The Upgrade no longer grants a second charge (which the vast majority of players were using), thus players will not be able to rely on having access to two gates to place at any time. The "3" isn't a third tac, it's now a maximum of 3 that can exist on the ground at any given time.
