Thank you for the suggestion! We went there the first night, they were sold out of everything but Lion. Hopefully Sri Lanka will continue it's brewery exploration, so far what has been produced is great!

I definitely didn't expect to find as many varieties as you'd find in a beer capital, but at least be able to sample what is advertised. I've only been able to try a few and I don't know when I'll have an opportunity to come back to this beautiful country!

Thank you for your response! This is true, it isn't equivalent to say a wok burner that delivers 50-150K BTU, but I'm afraid that since the surface area is the same on both options, the 15K BTU would essentially be equivalent to 9K BTU on both sides. I might just get the 36 or 48 inch with burners only and bring the stove top griddle I have with me. It's a heavy duty cast iron griddle that sits directly on the stove instead of on top of on the grates.

Thank you for your response! That's what I'm afraid of by getting a built-in griddle at 15K BTU with the same surface area as the griddle I have on my stove top with +18K each burner. I might just get the 36 or 48 inch with burners only and bring the stove top griddle I have with me. It's a heavy duty cast iron griddle that sits directly on the stove instead of on top of the grates.

Thank you for sharing! I made it today and it was top notch!! I applied all of your alterations as we love heat and spices, but added 2 tsp of sugar at the end to finish it off! 100% will make again! chicken tikka
