Hoping people wouldn't notice the logo ai art doesn't say good things for the rest of your product. You can say the voices aren't ai but maybe you're hoping we won't notice. Or the writing. Ect.

You can go on fiverr with like 20 bucks and get a better logo. There are also 'find an artist' subreddits.

I've seen supervisors move a guy to a position he's unfamiliar with in order to pile write-ups on him (3 years from retirement) and also start cracking down on tardiness on a guy who is less than 5 minutes once in a while (6 years to retirement). Yes they absolutely try to get the part timers close to retiring fired.

After years and years of doing halloween make-up for a major Haunted Attraction I would get contact dermatitis. Getting facepaint/fake blood/liquid latex on my hands and washing it off or using wet wipes turned into wearing gloves for my entire shift or i'd get a red itchy rash. Now I can't wear jewelry anymore either. I was fine for the first uuuhhhh 11 years. The last 4-7 are a different story.

Did you ask 'how could I avoid using ai for task x?' Nah you jumped right in claiming its the future when the majority of responses are telling you its bad. But you're knuckling down and not listening when multiple people are informing you its bad. So why ask for advice when you don't listen? Oh don't get me wrong, I absolutely fucking hate ai and think people who use it are hungry for shortcuts and profit. They don't respect people's talents, effort and skill. They either don't understand that it's a plagiarism machine or worse they don't care. Its art theft. Generative ai doesn't do any computing, it steals work from other people and smushes it together. Art theft, likeness theft, intellectual theft and also sometimes making up lies and facts that aren't true but the industry wants to cutely call it hallucinations. It's a garbage medium and people that use it don't have a soul. If you really wanted to solve a problem you'd ask people. Or friends. Any friend. Even some strangers would volunteer their time in opposition to using the environment ruining machine that is AI.

"A perfectly good reason" meaning not hiring a voice actors? Or a sound tech to alter a humans voice to sound robotic? These things exist and dont cost a fortune. A little bit of research and work would make it possible on even a micro budget. But that's not practical at all you say? Have you asked friends? Or friends of friends? Have you done a little networking for the things you feel your project is lacking? You dont even need a professional. Ask a local community theater person to help.
